Can I embroider your designs onto items to sell?

I am happy for you to embroider my designs onto your personal items and onto physical items you will be selling but I ask that you do not share, copy or sell the design files.  Your purchase of my designs binds you to this in an agreement under my “Terms & Conditions” which accompanies all of my designs.
